Bon Monastery

Located approximately 17 kms from the property in Dolanji , the Bon Monastery is one of the most significant centres of the Bon religion, the ancient spiritual tradition of Tibet that predates Buddhism. Established in 1969 under the guidance of His Holiness Menri Trizin, it serves as the second oldest Bon monastery in the world and the headquarters of the Bon faith in India. The monastery is known for its vibrant Tibetan architecture, colorful murals, and peaceful atmosphere, offering visitors a glimpse into a lesser-known yet deeply spiritual tradition.
